So, everyone who knows my wife and I knows that my wife is a kick-a$$ baker. Not “professional” by any means, but to me, the best out there. Which is good considering I know practically nothing about baking. Put me in front of a grill and I can hold my own, but cookies and cakes…fuggedaboutit.
Thankfully, the internet is a wealth of information for noobs like me.
