A few weeks ago, Gizmodo posted a bunch of pictures of major US monuments during their construction. Pretty neat to see what the Empire State Building looked like as only 2 stories, or the Golden Gate Bridge without any, well, bridge. What’s sad is that I’ve only seen a handful of these monuments in person, and mostly because they were in Washington D.C.
Time for a road trip!
