This is old news for most Brown’s fans, but Pat Shurmur is now the Head Coach of the Cleveland Browns. I love the nickname “Shurminator”. Much better than “Mangina”. More manly, you know?

I don’t have too much of an opinion either way on this guy. He may be good, he may be terrible. I think the main reason he was hired was so Holmgren could really mold this guy into a true WCO HC.  Worse things could happen for sure. Not sure how I feel about him calling the offensive plays, but I like what he did with Sam Bradford in St. Louis, so, I’m willing to play it out. (Not like I have an actual say in anything, I just like to think I do — like every other Browns fan I know.)

I also like the pick up of Dick Jauron to head up the defense. Now, the only thing to make this more perfect would be if the Steelers lost on Sunday.
